Jim has been involved in motivating and empowering youth to achieve excellence both on and off the field for the past 25 years. He has technical training and coaching experience at numerous levels, including college, Olympic Development, high school and competitive youth. Tussey served as Head Coach for the men and women’s soccer teams at Georgetown College for 15 years, accumulating over 300 wins and several top 20 rankings while at the helm.
